- construction site coordination and management tasks
- coordination between investors, designers, and contractors
- monitoring and control over the construction of the facility
- construction site supervision
- quantities of installed materials and quality of installation control
- keeping a construction diary, construction book documentation
- maintenance coordination activities in the employer's real estate
- if necessary, work at different locations of the employee
Conditions
- engineer or graduate civil engineer
- professional exam
- 5 years of experience
- knowledge of working in AutoCAD and MS Office
- organizational and communication skills
- ability to lead a team
