Yacht Centar Baotić d.o.o., a company with its own fleet of 15 vessels, is looking for a Base Manager to join our team at Marina Baotić in Seget Donji.

The position includes:

• Organizing and coordinating charter fleet operations
• Daily communication with clients
• Monitoring payments and receivables
• Coordination with relevant maritime authorities
• Organizing and coordinating vessel servicing and maintenance
• Communication and cooperation with business partners

• Previous experience in the same or similar position is required
