The vessel is not in a seaworthy condition and is being sold with visible defects as follows:

• The vessel has damage to the fiberglass and deep scratches on the forward section of the hull below the bow thruster.
• There is fiberglass damage and deep scratches on the forward port-side underwater section of the hull.
• Scratches are visible on the central section of the keel.
• The bronze propeller is damaged. All three propeller blades are damaged.
• The area around the shaft bearing support integrated into the hull is damaged.
• The propulsion engine shaft is bent.
• There is fiberglass damage on the central section of the transom.
• The rudder shaft together with the stern tube has been torn out of the hull.
• Stress cracks are visible in the engine room.
• There is gelcoat damage on the forward starboard section of the hull at the waterline.
• There is hull damage on the forward starboard vertical section between the side windows.
• There is damage on the starboard aft vertical section at the waterline.
• There is damage to the protective rubber rubbing strake profile on the starboard side of the transom.
• There is damage to the protective rubber rubbing strake profile on the starboard aft vertical section.
• Stress cracks and damage are visible in the area around the port aft mooring cleat.
• The starboard aft mooring cleat has been torn out.
• Sea water penetrated the forward cabin, the aft cabin, and the area between them. During the inspection, several centimeters of seawater were found in the aforementioned areas. Visible changes to the wood are present. Based on experience, wood and panels exposed to seawater begin to darken significantly after one or two months.

• The cables were submerged in seawater and must be replaced due to the risk of fire.
• Damage is visible on the wooden furniture on the lower deck.
• Damage is visible on the wooden furniture in the forward cabin.
• Damage is visible on the wooden furniture in the aft cabin.
• The grey water pump was submerged.
• The bow thruster and battery were submerged.
• The air-conditioning unit was submerged.

Errors and changes accepted.
