Receptionist – Head of Apartment Reception (m/f)
We are looking for a receptionist / head of reception in Seget Donji. The job includes:
- welcoming and checking in guests
- checking out guests and charging for services
- issuing room keys/cards
- providing information about services and house rules
- providing information about the city, transport, attractions, and events
- keeping records of arrivals and departures
- handling reservations (by phone, e-mail, online systems)
- issuing invoices and managing the cash register
- preparing daily reports on occupancy and revenue
- cooperation with housekeeping regarding room status
- cooperation with maintenance in case of technical issues
- handling guest complaints and problems
- organizing additional services (taxi, wake-up calls, restaurant reservations, excursions)
- ensuring a pleasant stay for guests
- maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- complying with safety procedures

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills
- good computer skills
- excellent knowledge of English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- strong communication skills
- organizational skills
- minimum of 1 year of experience working at a reception desk or in similar positions
