Receptionist – Head of Apartment Reception (m/f)
We are looking for a receptionist / head of reception in Seget Donji. The job includes:

  • welcoming and checking in guests
  • checking out guests and charging for services
  • issuing room keys/cards
  • providing information about services and house rules
  • providing information about the city, transport, attractions, and events
  • keeping records of arrivals and departures
  • handling reservations (by phone, e-mail, online systems)
  • issuing invoices and managing the cash register
  • preparing daily reports on occupancy and revenue
  • cooperation with housekeeping regarding room status
  • cooperation with maintenance in case of technical issues
  • handling guest complaints and problems
  • organizing additional services (taxi, wake-up calls, restaurant reservations, excursions)
  • ensuring a pleasant stay for guests
  • maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • complying with safety procedures

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills

  • good computer skills
  • excellent knowledge of English and German; additional languages are an advantage
  • strong communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • minimum of 1 year of experience working at a reception desk or in similar positions

High school, Bachelor’s degree, Professional Bachelor’s degree
